Land for Sale

The Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm is selling three parcels of land located at 90, 92, and 94 Main Road, Bide Arm. The estimated fair market value and minimum bid accepted for each land lot is $ 3500. The survey of the land and conveyance is the responsibility of the purchaser. A 25% non-refundable down payment of the total costs is required within 10 business days of the motion of council confirming the sale. The remainder is due at date of closing. Payment is accepted by certified cheque, cash or debit. Land can be viewed by contacting the Town Office at 457-2413.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Land Sale – Bide Arm” by mail at:

Bids will be received up to Friday, June 23, 2017 at 4:00 pm.
