Residents are reminded that Section 38 of the Town Traffic Regulations states that:

A person shall not throw or deposit, or cause to be thrown or deposit or left onto any street, snow or any other substance;

and Section 21b of the same Regulations states that,

 During the period of December 1^st to May 31^st, no vehicle shall be parked on any highway within the limits of the Town between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 am.

Any persons found to be illegally depositing snow into or onto any portion of the street including the ditch area or unlawfully parking vehicles could be subject to legal action.
