Quote for Arena

The Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm is requesting quotes to replace the lighting over the ice surface in the arena.

The quote should include the following:
1. Removal and disposal of existing (30) 400 watt Metal Halide light fixtures over the ice surface area.
2. Supply and install (30) new LED Light Fixtures in the same locations as the existing lights. Include all necessary wiring, connectors and attachment accessories required to install the new LED Light Fixtures.
3. New LED light Fixtures are to be installed with wire guards.
4. Include all costs to perform work such as scaffolding rentals, materials and labor in quote.
5. Work to be completed this calendar year before the installation of the ice sheet this season.

For a site visit contact the office at 457-2413. Quotes should be faxed to the Town at 457-2413 or emailed to roddickton@nf.aibn.com by 4:30 pm, Nov 4, 2016. The Town Council of the Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm do not commit itself to accept the lowest or any quote received.
