“Remove old Ramp/Steps and Construct a new one”

The Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm is now accepting bids for the removal and construction of a new ramp/steps leading to the Cross Country Center (formerly Gerry Byrne Room). The successful bidder is responsible to ensure the ramp/steps meets the NL Accessibility Building Code standards and make an application to Service NL for approval. The bid is for labour only, materials will be supplied. The successful bidder must have OH& S coverage, abide to any safety regulations and have insurance. Please include an approximate start and completion date.

Sealed tenders clearly marked “TENDER – Ramp” should be addressed and forwarded to the undersigned no later than 2 p.m., Sept 30, 2019 at which time tenders will be opened in the Council Chamber. Fax and email tenders will not be accepted.

Pick Up Truck Tender

The Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm is requesting tenders for a pickup truck to be used by the town for day to day operations. The truck must be current model year that is available at the time the tender is received. Please contact the town office at 457-2413 for an emailed or faxed copy of details.

Bide Arm

The Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm is calling for bids for snow clearing within Bide Arm. For full details on proposed work, please contact the Town office, 81 Major’s Street or call 457-2413 to obtain a copy of the tender.

Deadline: August 2, 2016 at 1:30 pm.

The Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm is now accepting tenders for the installation of a water line to five homes in the community. The water line would be 4 inch fused pipe, 4 feet deep and approximately 1500 ft long. For additional information or to view the area contact Grant Hancock, Superintendent of Works at 709-457-7899.
