Speeding

The Town has received a number of complaints pertaining to speeding in the Community. Please take note that the speed coming into Town close to Riffs has been reduced to 40 km/hr and remains that speed throughout the school zone. Concerns have been expressed along the Main Road in Bide Arm as well. This is a major safety concern. Please be mindful of your speed and respectful of pedestrians walking and biking. The RCMP will be policing the area.

Bear Sighting

Bear Slighting
Please be advised that a bear has been seen in the community. Traps have been place in the hope of catching the animal. In the meantime, please be mindful of any garbage including cooking oil you have outside. This will attract the bears. Thank You
