JANITORIAL SERVICES
The Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm is inviting quotes for Janitorial Services for the Town’s Municipal Building/Green Moose Interpretation Centre located at 81 Major’s Street.
Quotes must be clearly marked in a sealed envelope, “Janitorial Quote” and received at the Town Office by 4:00 p.m., Friday, March 4, 2016.
Quotes should be addressed as follows:

Rental Rates

$125 per day
$100 per day if renting for more than one consecutive day…
$75 for an afternoon rental from Noon to 6 pm
Arena Rental (Weddings, special events etc)
$ 300 per day
Ice Rental
$75 per hour
Ice Rental and Gerry Byrne Room (One hour for each)

Power Outage Cancelled
The power outage originally scheduled for tomorrow, Feb 9 for a portion of Roddickton has been cancelled due to weather.

The next regular council meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, Feb 3, 7 pm at the Green Moose Interpretation Centre.

Residents are reminded that Section 38 of the Town Traffic Regulations states that:
A person shall not throw or deposit, or cause to be thrown or deposit or left onto any street, snow or any other substance;
and Section 21b of the same Regulations states that,
During the period of December 1st to May 31st, no vehicle shall be parked on any highway within the limits of the Town between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 am.
Any persons found to be illegally depositing snow into or onto any portion of the street including the ditch area or unlawfully parking vehicles could be subject to legal action.
